1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jatwin platform (referred to throughout this document as "the Platform", "jatwin", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.3 Account Registration

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access the Platform through your account. jatwin will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

You must notify jatwin immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jatwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at jatwin's discretion.

4.3 Own Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or payment instruments that do not belong to you will be reversed and the relevant funds returned to their source. Repeated violations of this rule may result in permanent account suspension.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks. jatwin aims to process approved withdrawals within 24–72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and the volume of requests. Withdrawal requests may be declined where the account has outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been fulfilled.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on jatwin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a payment provider applies currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fee will be the responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jatwin offers welcome bonuses, seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL / BPL season offers), and ongoing loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering multipliers, minimum odds, and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal can be requested against those funds.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are non-transferable.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.

• Bonuses that are not used within their stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on jatwin are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including the event, market, stake, and odds — before confirming. jatwin will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: data feed errors resulting in clearly incorrect odds, technical faults that prevent fair game completion, the cancellation or abandonment of a sporting event, or evidence of market manipulation. In the case of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.

6.3 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on jatwin cover events including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup, and international test and one-day matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers. Specific rules for individual cricket markets — including rules governing rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculations, and abandoned matches — are published within the relevant market description.

6.4 Casino and Slots Games

Casino games and slot titles available on jatwin are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own published return-to-player (RTP) percentage and rules. 7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jatwin Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of jatwin or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of jatwin. Unauthorised use of jatwin's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

jatwin collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. jatwin employs SSL encryption and industry-standard data security measures to protect your information from unauthorised access.

jatwin will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform lawfully and securely.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your jatwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.2 Closure by jatwin

jatwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, jatwin will communicate the reason for closure where legally permissible and where doing so does not compromise any ongoing investigation.

11.3 Self-Exclusion
